During the class, you will prepare 6 authentic Balinese dishes, guided step by step by experienced local cooks:

  1. Balinese Fish Corn Soup
    A comforting traditional soup made with sliced fish, young corn, aromatic Balinese spice paste, and fragrant kaffir lime leaves, slowly boiled to create a rich and refreshing flavor.

  2. Sate Lilit
    A famous Balinese minced chicken skewer blended with Bali chili and traditional bumbu paste, then grilled and finished with crispy deep-fried shallots.

  3. Uraban
    A classic Balinese vegetable dish combining mixed vegetables, flavorful spice paste, and freshly grated coconut for a rich, aromatic taste.

  4. Pesan Be Pasih
